We started our business in 2013 importing raw materials to Armenia from different countries for chemical and household chemistry manufacturers. Soon after, we realized that we were interested in manufacturing, so in 2016, we bought shares of the Household Chemistry Plant.

In 2020, we saw an opportunity to expand our business by managing Kotayk Brewery. After three years of successful management, we were offered to buy all shares of the company, which was a very attractive and reasonable offer. We did not hesitate and immediately made the acquisition.

In addition to importing and exporting raw materials, we were also a supplier for a glass bottling factory in Armenia (Belleglass). After more than two years of cooperation, the company's management team recognized our professional skills and offered us a stake in the company. We saw this as a good opportunity to expand our business, so we accepted the offer and became shareholders of Belleglass.

We are not simply investors who buy shares in companies. We take the time to understand the businesses we invest in and look for ways to improve them. We also have a team of professional auditors who help us to ensure that our businesses are operating efficiently and effectively.

In addition to our other businesses, we are also the owners of Megatrade LLC (RANOIL), one of the largest suppliers of gas oil, gasoline, LPG, bitumen, and other products. We also own a chain of more than 40 gas stations.

We are proud of the businesses we have built and the success we have achieved. We are committed to continuing to grow our businesses and to providing our customers with the best possible products and services.
